In silver, a white enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, green enamelled oak laurel leaf segments in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features the right facing portrait of Henry IV surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed HENRY IV ROI DE FRANCE ET DE NAVARRE, the reverse medallion features three Fleur de lis on a striped field, surrounded by a blue ring, the cross is surmounted
